Arlene Ramos Lynch is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child Advocacy and Policy, from Montclair State University. She has been building her experience in the mental health field through various clinical roles, with her primary areas of focus in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
Arlene is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where clients can explore their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. She has experience working with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and behavioral concerns.
Her counseling style is integrative and client-centered, adapting to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Arlene draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and elements of Play Therapy to support growth and meaningful change in her clients.
